'I was up for some seafoods for today\'s lunch so I checked out Hungry Seafood Empire. I found out on FB that they have these Christmas trays. The first tray was 3 Kings which has 3 king crabs sauted in butter garlic sauce with slices of corns. The crabs were superb, big, delicious and its got that natural sweet tender meat. It also has that strong butter garlic flavor which goes so well with the crabs. The second tray was Santa\'s Bag which has tiger prawns, slices of crabs, corns and squid rings. The tiger prawns were huge, juicy, and also has its natural sweetness. To be adventurous, I paired it with rice, kimchi and lettuce. To my surprise, it tasted great. You may also dip it onto your favorite sauce. Each tray is good for about 3-5 persons.
